cl-garbage-pools software package provides implementation the APR Pools for resource management, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cl-garbage-pools
cl-garbage-pools is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cl-garbage-pools package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cl-garbage-pools *
You will get with cl-garbage-pools package name, version, architecture and description in a table
